Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lakeland North I-4 By Ihg, Lakeland

This Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel's location was fantastic, offering safety and convenience, while the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The service was top-notch with attentive and knowledgeable staff, and the dining experience, although standard, offered a good selection. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently located between Hudson and Orlando, with easy access to I4. The rooms are comfortable and normal in appearance, although the clothes hanger height and walk-in shower were a bit unusual. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, reassuring guests about deep cleaning and continuous disinfecting. The dining options provided good variety and convenient times, and everything we tried was enjoyable. However, the lack of variety in dining offerings between days was a slight drawback. The hotel has plenty of facilities, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a grocery shopping service.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and stores. The dining options were varied, although some aspects could be improved. Overall, great value for money.
